We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial refrigeration and possess exceptional technical and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in cool rooms, freezers and ice machines
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial refrigeration technician
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
