ICT Business Analyst

Job Description:
As an ICT Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Systems Administrator, Developers, and Senior Leadership Team to manage projects from inception to deployment. Your role will involve gathering technical and business process requirements, scoping projects, and working with both internal and external developers through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final deployment to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business and technical requirements.
Develop detailed project scopes and plans.
Work closely with the Systems Administrator and Developers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from idea generation through to deployment.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Communicate effectively with the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ideal Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role within the ICT industry, or technology driven business.
Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with internal and external developers.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and methodologies.
