About the Opportunity

As a Distributor Manager at Fonterra, you will be the orchestrator of success, responsible for delivering budgeted targets within your allocated territory and uncovering lucrative opportunities within our vast distributor network.
Reporting to the AU Sales Manager, you'll have the chance to enhance and expand our strategic partnerships within the NSW Foodservice Distributor network, ensuring the ongoing triumph of Fonterra Australia.
This role is the canvas for your creativity – create and implement sales plans that not only meet but exceed targets, providing Fonterra with profitable growth opportunities.
You will also:
- Utilize selling processes to develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships within the Distributor network.
- Harness trade spend for specific growth initiatives, ensuring the delivery of budgeted targets.
- Engage Distributor sales teams and key decision-makers to flawlessly execute sales and marketing plans.
- Implement and leverage National Account programs and initiatives at branch level set up by National Account Managers.

About You
As an experienced sales professional, you are ambitious to succeed, thrive on challenges, and continuously seek to make a real impact.
You will also have:
- Previous experience in Foodservice, FMCG, or a large company background.
- 3-5 years of selling and negotiation experience.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strengths in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
