This pivotal role is open for a strong and dynamic leader with excellent relationship management and issue resolution skills, to join our CBRE Asset Management Team on a major strategic account; Charter Hall. The role has the responsibility to deliver a best in class facilities management consulting service across a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets in the state of Victoria.

About the role;
The successful candidate will directly manage 10 industrial assets as well as supervising a team managing another 70. Alongside this the Regional Facilities Manager Industrial will:
- Lead, recruit and develop a team of diverse professionals for the successful delivery of services championing the highest standards of customer service.
- Active participation in portfolio meetings, monthly meetings, advising and reporting on current portfolio technical performance, major issues and improvement opportunities (property and process)
- Work with CHH Property Managers, Asset Managers and CHH Tech Services to develop and implement technical services strategy across portfolio
- In collaboration with others, manage Workplace Health and Safety, Sustainability, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead in the development of best practice reporting and documentation to ensure business improvement operational excellence initiatives across the portfolio.
- Maintain and foster healthy, productive and harmonious professional relationships between the client, tenants, contractors, staff and other relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.
About you:
- 8+ years relevant experience in an engineering or building facilities / management related discipline
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Sound working knowledge all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.
- Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services
- A proven track record in leading and engaging a diverse team across multiple site locations
- The highest levels of customer service and performance standards
- Excellent organisational, client relationship and people management skills
