Regional Finance Director

​TGRC is excited to have partnered with one of the largest renewable energy developers, headquartered in Singapore, in search of a Regional Finance Director for their newly set-up Singapore team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to facilitate decision-making, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.Monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and identify trends to drive continuous improvement and optimize financial performance.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.Partner with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives, conducting financial analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making.Provide financial leadership and guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions to maximize value and achieve strategic objectives.Develop and implement cash management strategies, including cash forecasting, investment management, and foreign exchange risk management.Expectations:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.CPA, CA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior finance management position.Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and strategic financial management.Proven track record of driving financial performance, implementing process improvements, and supporting business growth and expansion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and make sound financial decisions in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Regional Finance DirectorSingapore Posted about 21 hours agoShare this jobSign up for job alertsIf you are a human, ignore this field Create alertYou agree to ourLatest JobsLondonPermanentCompetitive Salary (DOE)LeipzigPermanentCompetitive Salary (DOE)DelhiPermanentCompetitive Salary (DOE)SeoulPermanentCompetitive Salary (DOE)SeoulPermanentCompetitive Salary (DOE)Quick linksGreen ExecutivesGreen Executives is our sister company specialising in executive search services.
