Your new company

Due to the ongoing growth within the Branch network, they are looking for a Regional Manager to manage their busy teams.
Your new role
Within this role you will:
- Lead a region of branches, coaching, supporting and mentoring your team.
- Develop and maintain close relationships within the community, you will also be expected to discuss financial products and make credit assessments, when necessary, on complex or escalated applications.
- Work with the Executive team to achieve the goals and budget of the branches.
- Liaise with internal teams such as credit, sales and the support teams to ensure the client needs are being handled in a timely manner and actioned on time.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
- Proven leadership experience within the residential lending sector, having managed your own team (branch is highly desirable)
- Proven track record in running a successful portfolio and obtaining growth within the parameters, while coaching, upskilling and developing your team
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong credit skills, including an understanding of the end-to-end lending process for residential and consumer loan products
- Experience presenting information and data to various levels of stakeholders, including c-suite clients, through to team leaders.
