As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market share growth and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Dominance: Lead the charge to become the #1 detached home builder in the region by maximising market share growth.
- Franchise Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Franchise Owners to ensure profitable franchises and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, making G.J. Gardner Homes the most respected builder in each area.
- Business Planning and Review: Develop and execute regional business plans, collaborate on franchise business plans, and conduct regular performance reviews to drive financial success and customer focus.
- Operational Excellence: Address challenges, provide support, and mentor Franchise Owners to improve business strategies and operational compliance.
- Franchise Compliance: Ensure Franchise Owners adhere to systems, processes, and legal obligations, maintaining a high standard of business practice.
- Network Growth: Evaluate and support franchise prospects, ensuring positive outcomes for Franchise Owners and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of G.J. Gardner Homes.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience working with small to medium sized construction businesses to achieve growth, customer focus and effective risk management.
- Strong background within the NSW/ACT residential home building / construction sector
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and legal requirements related to construction projects.
- Good industry knowledge including industry trends, best practices, and innovations in residential construction to drive competitiveness and innovation within the region
- Franchise network leadership experience highly desirable
- Track record of delivering business planning and performance management
- Coaching and influencing skills, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build quality long-term relationships
- Can demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a performance orientation and strategic-thinking capacity
- Good time management, admin & organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously & unsupervised

Please note that this role will involve extensive travel across NSW to ensure regular face-to-face time with our Franchise Owners. Some interstate travel will also be required.
