Key Responsibilities
This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident self-starter who enjoys developing new ideas and driving quality outcomes to join our team as a Regional Bus Sales Manager, based at our Chipping Norton Branch.
This position carries out the following duties:
- Sell MAN bus products and services to customers in line with budgeted targets and stock clearance priorities.
- Account manage large and prominent accounts within a defined region.
- Apply technical expertise on MAN products to agree and record Bus or Coach specifications with customers.
- Provision of customer service excellence to maintain and improve service levels to customers and suppliers.
- Manage the CRM system and other applicable systems to ensure accurate details recorded.
- Provide weekly and monthly Sales activity reports to support achievement of agreed sales targets and customer activities.
- Educate customers on product benefits and whole of life value proposition.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences and seminars such as field days, bus shows.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the above-mentioned duties as well as possess:
- Previous experience in the bus and coach industry.
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
