The OpportunityAs our Workplace Health, Safety,
and Wellbeing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive WHS frameworks and programs, with a particular emphasis on psychosocial risks. You will lead the way in building a safer working environment at the Bank by supporting, promoting, influencing and driving our safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture through leadership, system improvements, training, monitoring and ongoing development.In addition to ensuring that the business remains compliant with our obligations, the role involves maintaining a presence across the network to ensure connection with our teams in the broader network and a collaborative approach to understanding and developing practical solutions to health,

Key Focus areas- Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive WHS and Wellbeing frameworks, programs, and change initiatives.
- Supporting Health and Wellbeing deliverables, including workplace support, reporting governance, incident & Workers Compensation case management, compliance assurance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborating internally and externally to educate, influence, engage, and learn.
- Building and fostering best practice solutions that create a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications, Cert IV equivalent and above with experience in WHS and workers compensation or a related area.
- Willingness and ability to work both strategically and in a hands-on capacity to influence at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing workplace health, safety, and workers compensation in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship skills.
- The ability to self-motivate, be proactive and drive change.
