Sync Recruitment have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Outside of School Hours Care providers in the search of 2 Regional Managers to join to their Sydney team in the north West and Inner West Regions.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Director, in this role, you will be a responsible person for the supervision of staff, children, and the OSHC services within your portfolio, managing approximately 8 services in Sydney.
Responsibilities will include
- Effective day to day Management of your Portfolio of Services
- Quality and Compliance - Quality, Continuous Improvement and positive assessment and rating outcomes
- Leadership and Mentoring - Training, Performance & Development for Centre staff
- Risk Management - Minimise risk and manage safety in services, including incident reporting and process and policy development
- Effective Relationship Management – for Team members, families, school communities and children in your care
- Strategic – contribute new ideas and strategies to the senior leadership team for constant improvement
Desirable skills and qualifications
- Minimum 1 -2 years' experience as a Regional Manager or 2+ years as a Senior OSHC Coordinator
- Demonstrated multi-site experience within the OSHC sector
- ACECQA approved Qualification relating to the OSHC Sector
- Current and valid state check to work with children i.e. NSW Working With Children Check
- Current and valid First Aid Certificate (incl. CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis)
- Food handling/Safety qualification desirable
- Current driver's license
- Australian work rights
