As Regional Marketing Manager, lead a team and assist stakeholders to maximise financial performance by developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and practices that support the delivery of our vision and outcomes.
In this role, you will provide thought leadership on strategic issues and work with Marketing Managers to ensure regional and project goals are achieved. Engage with stakeholders throughout the business unit regarding these deliverables, to ensure success from a marketing aspect. Your ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver maximum return on investment will be key to your success.
About the role
- Assist in the creation of successful national campaigns.
- Assist in the development of Local Area Marketing for individual sites.
- Provide strategic advice in relation to redevelopment marketing activities.
- Build the Local Area Marketing team's capability by contributing to the implementation and management of succession planning and recruitment programs.
- Demonstrate leadership and provide mentoring, coaching and technical direction to Regional Marketing team on constant basis.
- Drive high performance culture by providing regular performance feedback and tailored individual development plans.
- Lead community relations program/ events/ sponsorships etc. in line with state strategy.
- Source new avenues in which we can improve or introduce new and improved societal campaigns.

- Proven commercial acumen
- Ability to develop skills of a marketing team
- Ability to translate market research into marketing strategies
- Good knowledge and application of all marketing tools above and below the line
- Knowledge of community development practices and corporate sustainability initiatives
