The Regional Manager Visual Merchandising will contribute to support the achievement of sales and profitability through implementing and maintaining high level and consistent store visual presentation and merchandising standards across R.M.Williams retail stores.
This position will be located remotely in Brisbane and reports to the Senior Manager Visual Merchandising in our Sydney Head Office.
Key objectives & responsibilities will include:
- Lead and inspire, and motivate retail teams across QLD, WA, NT and NZ through the delivery and facilitation of VM strategy and training to store teams.
- Implement and maintain VM strategy for store teams, ensuring consistency of VM standards across stores.
- Oversee new store set-up and refurbishment projects.
- Identify and present operational opportunities, and action plans through business reviews.
- Conduct regular store visits and assessments with Area and Store Managers, developing plans to increase sales.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to provide feedback on optimal level of inventory and customer buying trends.
- At least 5 years' Visual Merchandising experience, 2 of which are in a leadership capacity.
- Experience working in a premium, fast paced retail environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
- Passion for people development and fostering a positive team culture.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to stores across QLD, WA, NT and NZ.
- A valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
