Sleep Space is CTM’s proprietary, state-of-the-art accommodation contracting and distribution platform. Built and developed in house, within CTM’s Australian based technology hub, CTM Sleep Space has been developed to revolutionise accommodation distribution for accommodation suppliers and CTM’s customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The focus of the Regional Manager AU/NZ – Sleep Space, is to manage the overall success of CTM Sleep Space within your allocated region. The role is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to; successful market share growth across CTM customers, driving commercially beneficial outcomes to all parties of the accommodation supply chain, ensuring CTM teams understand the benefits and can promote the product and of course engaging with accommodation suppliers and CTM customers to drive adoption of Sleep Space.
While we do not envisage that your role is to account manage, there may be occasions where you are required to manage relationships with key CTM customers to ensure the success of CTM Sleep Space within their travel program. You should also be able to identify risks and opportunities via a range of sources, including data analytics and be adept at collaborating closely with other CTM departments such as the technology, supplier relations and operational teams.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 7 years demonstrated successful travel management, hotel industry experience in leadership positions, or similar.
- The Ability to work across all customer sectors including Corporate, Government, entertainment and leisure
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and ability to apply it when aligning the solutions for clients.
- Proven success in people management and leadership.
- High level negotiator and communicator.
- Good organization and time management skills.
