Responsibilities:
- Workshop and Field Service: Oversee the efficient operation of service workshops and field service teams.
- Rental Sales: Optimize rental equipment utilization and revenue.
- Parts Sales: Coordinate parts sales and inventory management.
- Administration: Ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Vehicle Fleet: Manage company vehicles.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Set and monitor performance metrics for branch operations.
- Budget Creation and Maintenance: Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ management experience.
- Strong communication skills and an inclusive management style.
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in agricultural, construction, or material handling industries.
