About the role:Reporting to the Group Manager of operations, this renowned optical company is on the hunt for a Regional
Operations Manager (QLD).Supervising 14 stores across South-East QLD and Northern NSW, your role involves running the show, leading this amazing team, and making sure the customers always receive top-notch service with a smile!
Skills and Experience:- Regional sales experience (optical industry experience)
- Significant people management experience
- Develop and foster a high performance and engaged culture through the leadership and management of your sales team including recruitment, on-boarding, ongoing performance management, motivating, training and development of staff
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically
- Ability to establish and prioritise team sales objectives
- High customer orientation with the ability to develop appropriate strategies and business plans
- Ability to motivate and inspire people to perform in a high performance culture
- Analytical and problem solving skills with solution outcomes developed
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire through strong relationship building
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
