- This Regional Sales Manager will oversee a team of Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists the Aged Care sector in NSW and QLD for a 15-18 month contract. This position offers flexibility with the option to be based in either NSW or QLD.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve sales and profitability objectives. This entails leading the sales team to meet targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for both new and existing products, services, and solutions.
- In addition to focusing on immediate sales goals, this position will take a strategic approach to driving sales activities and enhancing sales effectiveness across business segments.
- This involves coaching and developing the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve targets and foster growth in sales and profitability.
- The role involves leading the sales team to meet revenue, margin, and expense targets by effectively managing products, resources, and processes.
- Utilising market insights and commercial intelligence, the position will continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
- Furthermore, this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales and account plans to meet financial targets. Building and nurturing key account relationships within the region will be essential for both maintaining existing business and capitalising on new opportunities for growth.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Nursing, or Medical-related discipline ideal, but not essential.
- 3+ years’ experience in medical device sales leadership with 5+ years’ experience as a medical device sales representative.
- Proven record of success with the development of business in a competitive market place.
- Strong financial and business acumen in business segment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high performance.
- Results driven – action oriented, high performing.
