Form of workA unique opportunity exists for a passionate Regional Sales Manager to join this exceptionally high performing, dynamic and passionate state WA & SA team, representing a revolutionary global tech leader. This role is currently being offered as a 2Y contract.
- Responsible for the performance, ongoing training and development of instore team of Brand Promoters to deliver the client’s retail objectives
- Maintaining merchandising standards across the client’s products and identify sale opportunities
- Monitor the states sales performance and provide recommendations and implement performance management programs where necessary
- Ensure the efficient and speedy execution of ongoing or tactical store activities meet our client’s needs
- Assist merchandising teams with quality activity executive through support and coaching
About You:
- Minimum 3+ year’s experience in a client facing position within a retail environment managing a team – essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and experience in training and influencing a team of retail staff and senior stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship skills and demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships at all levels
- Inspirational and passionate management style, structured with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Highly organised individual with a great attention to detail
- A valid Australian drivers license and vehicle
