As the Regional Service Delivery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our newly established IT Service Management function. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of Service Delivery disciplines across our expansive IT technology landscape. You'll be the driving force behind managing the resolution of major incidents on a global scale, working hand-in-hand with internal teams, external suppliers, and third-party collaborators.
What you'll be doing:
✨ Set clear objectives and priorities to foster a culture of service excellence and elevate customer satisfaction.
✨ Implement strategic ITSM initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and maximum benefit realization.
✨ Understand and address Regional Service demand, aligning with business strategies and projects.
✨ Drive the establishment and enforcement of service level agreements and operational objectives.
✨ Lead process improvement efforts post-major incidents, ensuring continuous uplift.
✨ Coordinate incident triage teams to ensure timely resolution and closure.
✨ Champion quality assurance standards within Service Delivery, backed by robust metrics and trend analysis.
✨ Foster a customer-first culture across all Service Delivery teams through performance metrics, CSI projects, and comprehensive training.
✨ Collaborate with platform and product owners to identify areas for continuous improvement.
✨ Develop and nurture a high-performing team in alignment with company HR procedures.
✨ Meet governance, policy, and process requirements to ensure operational excellence.
What you'll bring:
- Completed University Degree is preferred, ITIL v.3 or v.4 Specialist is advantageous
- Significant previous experience within an IT focused role where you've been managing or influencing technical staff and projects.
- Proven success and in improving the customer experience.
- Experience working within a matrix structured organisation.
- Multi-domain technical expertise including: data center, hosting platforms, messaging/collaboration, client services, voice & data networks, application technology services, and IT service management
- Experience using ServiceNow
