What We Are Looking For
We are seeking to appoint a People & Culture Coordinator to support our global operations, spanning the Asia-Pacific region, Canada and the United States of America. Broad responsibilities for the role include:
- Coordinate global end to end recruitment from drafting and posting adverts through to background checks
- Conduct phone/video screening of shortlisted candidates
- Talent sourcing and identification
- Cyclical HR administration tasks (police check monitoring, visa compliance, probationary reviews, training administration and follow up)
- HR projects
What You’ll Need
- As we support global operations, the successful candidate will need the flexibility to work mornings (eg, from 7.30am on some days) for cross over with the international working times for collaboration with our team members and screening of USA based candidates. While not a daily requirement, this is a frequent and regular component of the role.
- Applicants will need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia to be eligible for this role
- Successful applicants will need to be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance as part of our final stages of the recruitment process

- We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, excluding superannuation. Salary is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
