Based in Port Pirie, as our invaluable Regional Service Support Officer, you responsible for providing administration support to external and internal clients, staff and volunteers of Regional Home Care Services.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, their families and advocates
- Establishing and maintaining effective community networks with key stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support to service delivery staff and volunteers providing services to clients
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to create and maintain a positive team environment
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Well-developed interpersonal and written skills with the ability to communicate with a culturally diverse range of people
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work
- Previous experience in a reception or data entry role
- Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Post-secondary school qualifications in office administration or relevant experience
- Experience in working with a management group to plan the efficient use of resources to provide high quality community services
- Experience in the aged care sector
