Some of the general tasks will include:
- Providing high level of administration support
- Fast and accurate high volume data entry
- Maintaining an effective records management system and managing computerised databases
- Some minute taking but not essential
- Complete any other ad hoc general administration duties to a high standard
- Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with team members and departmental staff in relation to unit activities.
- Candidates with previous experience in the public sector/government adjacent organisations are encouraged to apply.
- Work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision in a high volume data entry role
- Work professionally at all times displaying initiative and drive to see that goals are achieved
- Extremely high level of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Analytical skills- interpreting numerical and written information
- Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Various clearances required
