The Opportunity As a Regional Strategic Asset Maintenance Manager, your values-based leadership style will set you apart in this role, as you inspire others by driving clarity, engagement, and a sense of purpose to achieve goals and positive outcomes. Your expert advice will be valued by the region’s Executive as you ensure a strategic approach to housing service delivery outcomes with a focus on Ministerial, organisational and regional priorities.

In this newly created position, you will play an important role in leading and coordinating the region’s Strategic Asset management and maintenance program, including managing a dynamic Assets and Maintenance team.

Your previous experience working in a complex operational environment will be your strength as you manage, monitor, and lead the region’s Strategic Asset and maintenance management deliverables, including overseeing the development and implementation of maintenance delivery performance improvements.

This position is based in Port Hedland, offering an attractive salary and a range of other benefits including, but not limited to:

  • 4 weeks annual leave, 3 days additional public sector holidays, 15 days personal leave per annum
  • 14 weeks paid parental leave
  • 3 months long service leave for every seven years consecutive service
  • An additional week of annual leave if you are based above the 26th Parallel South
  • 5 days cultural and ceremonial leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.
  • An attractive and competitive salary plus, 11% superannuation, full employer contribution, which will increase progressively to 12% by 1 July 2025
