The role: 

We are seeking an experienced Registered Conveyancer/Client Partner to join our Land Divisions team. You will be responsible for managing a range of land division transactions such as:

• staged divisions;
• apartment divisions;
• community divisions;
• amendments to community and strata plans; and
• conversions of moiety/strata to community plans.

As a valued member of the team, you will have:

• experience in standard and complex land division matters;
• outstanding verbal and written communication skills together with excellent interpersonal capabilities;
• the confidence and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
• proven time management skills: with the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
• sound judgement and problem solving skills; and the 
• enthusiasm and drive to enjoy, and thrive, in a fast-paced role.
