Hillcrest Health Centre is long established bulk billing general practice serving proudly for more than 25 years. We have on-site secured parking for staff and patients and quite close to public transport. We are a busy practice seeing a high number of patients daily. The nature of our patient demographic is broad.
Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 7pm, and Saturday 9am – 4pm.
About the Role:
We are currently looking for RN and EN candidates to join our team. Permanent and Casual positions available. The candidate must be reliable, flexible and a team player.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Triage and assessment of patients
- Immunisation management
- Wound management
- Diagnostic procedures e.g., ECG and Spirometry
- Vaccinations
- Stock ordering and treatment room administration
- Sterilisation
- Recall and results management
- Care Plans and Health Assessments
- Iron infusion
- Ear Syringing
- Cold chain management
- Experience with COVID-19 vaccinations (preferred not essential)
Essential Criteria
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses)
- Previous experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential)
- Must be registered with AHPRA
- Nurse Immunisation Certificate (preferred)
- Able to work as both part of a team and autonomously
