About the role
Our Acute Care Unit is a 22 bed unit which provides care to patients with complex surgical and medical requirements. It is also our referral unit for those patients being transferred out of our ICU department. The highly skilled Registered Nurses& Enrolled Nurses within the Acute Care Unit work cohesively along with various clinical services to provide positive outcomes for patients and their families in a safe and caring environment.
Permanent full time and part time positions are available to Registered Nurses& Enrolled Nurses.

What you bring
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum of 6 months recent and relevant acute medical or surgical experience
- Strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality
- Ability to provide best practice, patient-centered care in a safe and caring environment
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development
