Seeking Registered Nurse in Queensland – Rockhampton for the following dates:
Contract Details:
Dates: 19.02.2024-04.03.2024
Nursing Level: RM/Dual Mid – Nurse Grade 5
Contract Hours per fortnight: 80 hours
Contract Payment Terms: 30 days
Skills/Experience:
- Advanced Neonatal Resus
- Maternity
- Ante/Post Natal
- Birth Suite
- Neonatal
Nurse on call: No
Drivers Licence required: No
Operation hours: 24/7 – all shifts
Shift Agreement: 8-hour or 10-hour shift break
Accommodation & Travel:
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided – please note that accommodation cannot always be guaranteed on site
- Domestic Travel: $200 incl. GST each way provided for travel costs for start and completion of contract with tax receipts to be provided. Travel costs claimed are for travel within Queensland only.
- Travel Day: One travel day at AM rates
Required documents
- Resume – please make sure that it is a current resume – as facility/ward will disregard reading if work experience is from over a year ago.
- References – One from a line manager who has worked with the candidate within the last 3 months, one from a referee who has worked with the candidate within the last 12 months – must be nurse grade level higher than candidate
- AHPRA Registration – must be current
- Australian National Police Check – must be current, valid for 3 years – must have aged care check for MPHS or aged care facilities
- Immunisation – Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hep B (no converter will not be considered), Pertussis (must be from within the last 10 years) ADT will not be accepted nor will pertussis serology.
- Photo Identification – current passport or driver’s licence with clear legible photo and writing – if it has expired, this is not acceptable
