We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our fabulous midwifery team within the labour ward, postnatal and special care nursery
Our model of care has a focus on midwives operating at their full scope of practice; you will deliver high quality care to your patient and families across both low risk and complex cases.

We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Registered Midwives
These positions are offered on either a full-time or permanent part-time basis as mutually agreed.
Competitive Salary Package paying between $30-$50 per hour depending on increment year and level
AHPRA registration, National Police Clearance and DHS Working with children check all required.
Tasks Include:
Supervise, care for and advise pregnant women during pregnancy
Provide support during labour and birth, including information on pain relief and breastfeeding
Book tests and scans and make other medical appointments
Care for women and their babies after the birth
Obtain specialist assistance when needed
Carry out some emergency measures in the absence of a specialist
Skills required
AHPRA Registration
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
