The Role: 

You will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to the elderly residents. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team, you will ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care, advice & guidance to residents. 
• Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing. 
• Accurate completion of relevant documentation.
• Review & update resident documentation. 
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met. 

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with full Australian working rights.
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to elderly care.
• Flexibility to work mixture of AM, PM and Night shifts.
