AddressOur client, a leading Brisbane-based communications agency, are looking for a Proposals Manager to join their vibrant team on a 3-month contract where you will play a pivotal role in steering their success and contributing to their industry prominence.
Reporting to the Partnerships function, the Proposals Manager spearheads the creation of compelling proposals aligned with client requirements and our distinctive offerings. Additionally, you'll serve as the content champion, crafting captivating collateral and engaging social media content to bolster our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in team meetings and strategic discussions, lending your expertise and insights.
- Lead the development and management of tender responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and organisational objectives.
- Develop compelling content and materials to support business development and marketing endeavors.
- Deliver brand-aligned content across diverse channels, including articles, collateral and advertising materials.
- Craft special proposal content, encompassing methodologies, risk analyse and capability statements.
- Mange the bid process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate, review and approve content or social media & eDM Campaigns.
- Utilise visuals, evidence, and data analysis to articulate solutions and methodologies convincingly.
- Drive enhancements to process and content to elevate the proposal win rate continually.
- Participate in acknowledging successes and gather feedback to fuel the culture of ongoing improvement.
- Articulate messages with clarity and impact.
- Writing style to resonate with diverse audiences and document purposes.
- Exhibit exceptional writing skills, ensuring content is concise and relevant.
- Maintain precision and accuracy, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Remain composed under pressure, adept at managing competing priorities and deadlines.
