SalaryOutlook Gardens Aged Care is an established Not for Profit Aged Care provider in the southeast suburbs seeking Casual Registered Nurses to fill mainly our afternoon and night shift vacancies. You would be joining a team with a strong workplace culture and enjoy a supportive professional multidisciplinary team providing high quality, evidence-based care.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing you will provide support and comprehensive resident focused care in accordance with their individual needs. You must be an enthusiastic team player with a positive, flexible and adaptable outlook with a vision for excellence in providing quality care and services. You will need superior communication, clinical documentation, computer and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in a dynamic environment.
- You will need 3 or more years of RACF experience in leadership roles including care assessment and planning.
- You must have demonstrated understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards, quality systems, continuous improvements and AN-ACC.
- Current AHPRA registration (RN Div1)
- Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
