About the Opportunity
As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion to make a difference in their lives. You will be shown the ropes and learn from some very experienced RN's in our industry.
You'll be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, this includes completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, and evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
This position is Perm Part time position available multiple shifts across a 7-day roster.
About You
Our ideal candidate has:
- Graduate RN - happy to undertake our New Grad Program
- The desire to work in Aged Care - any PCA exp highly regarded
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
