About the role
This position will provide care to all patients at Edenhope Lakeside Living.
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for patients within the scope of practice.
The successful applicants will be excellent communicators with a sound understanding/knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Standards and Quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings.
- Participate in the provision of resident focused, holistic care.
- Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers.
Qualifications and experience
- Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience.

Edenhope region
Grampians Health Edenhope is located in the Victorian country town of Edenhope. It is surrounded by nature reserves, wineries and beautiful walking and biking trails. Grampians Health Edenhope also provides a wide range of services such as acute nursing, aged care nursing, district nursing and community nursing to name a few.

All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask. Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $34.17 - $48.26 per hour.
