Registered Nurse

Gro Clinics are introducing an exciting new concept that brings the latest solutions in scalp health and hair loss treatment easily accessible for people, who want more hair. The first concept clinic will open at Pacific Fair in March 2024. This center is designed to complement our services at our established clinics in Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth.

To assist in the launch of this new venture for Gro, we have an exciting new position available for a passionate part-time Registered Nurse (RN) of any various experience level to submit their application. This role will involve working weekdays, some weekends and Public Holidays.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be fully trained in-house to perform our full range of scalp health and hair growth treatments and services.

Your key responsibilities will include, among others:

• Deliver world class customer service to clients
• Perform various regenerative hair growth treatments such as PRP to clients (full training will be provided)
• Provide hair loss consultations and treatment recommendations to clients (full training provided)
• Provide pre and post treatment care advice
• Educate clients on hair care products, and give purchase recommendations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client journey
• Consistently deliver high quality service touchpoints
• Book and schedule appointments where necessary
• Support and implement merchandising and marketing campaigns and promotions
• Contribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of Gro Clinics

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

• An AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in hair loss treatment or skin treatments (a bonus, but not necessary)
• Experience in Venepuncture (a bonus, but not necessary)
• A genuine passion for providing a world class care to clients
• A strong will to learn and engage in ongoing skills development
• An inspiring ‘Make It Happen’ attitude and ability to foster a positive team culture
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required on a roster system (shopping centre hours)
• Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills
• Understanding of and proven elevated customer service skills – in line with best practices in a healthcare setting
