- Coordinate resident care, identifying and addressing changes in needs
- Support resident choice and independence while providing necessary assistance
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Safely administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with carers to deliver continuity of care
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
- Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
- Experience in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings
- Experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care, or rehabilitation is desirable
- Experienced and new graduates welcome
