As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll be part of a team that takes a holistic approach to healthcare. Their practice is fully computerized using Best Practice software, accredited, and approved as a COVID vaccinating clinic
Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment
- Clinical Procedures (e.g., wound care, vaccinations, immunizations, infusions, ECGs)
- Medication Management (administration, dosage calculations)
- Patient Education
- Care Coordination (referrals, diagnostic tests)
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
- Infection Control knowledge
- Experience in General Practice (GP) settings
- Effective Communication Skills
- Team Collaboration
- Emergency Response
Skills:
- Current General registration ( AHPRA)
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and conduct
