We are seeking a highly confident and experienced casual RN.
Ralac Lionsbrae provides residential aged care services to the elderly, homeless and to persons of low economic means. At Lionsbrae we have a special mix of residents of varying ages and backgrounds with a diverse range of needs, so no two days are the same. All staff must have an NDIS clearance or be prepared to undertake one prior to commencement.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration without notifications
- A strong sense of commitment and a desire to really care for and engage with our residents.
- Previous experience in Residential Aged Care is a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Professionalism and sound clinical decision making
- Allocating staff to areas where they are most needed
- Interacting with the residents every day
- Overseeing and providing high quality Clinical Care
- Medication management
- Working closely with other allied health professionals
- Day to day planning and organisation, incident management and reporting.
