You will provide effective healthcare nursing support, guide new strategic direction of The Bridge Program and provide secondary consultations to counsellors. Responsibilities include Support the implementation of all aspects of the day to day management, health and wellbeing of consumers at

The Bridge Undertake internal audit of medication management, systems and provide reports to AOD Services Manager Provide holistic approach to participants and their experience of the program Prepare and facilitate groups for program participants when required Assessment of group content ensuring the provision of relevant information Accreditation processes are explored and implemented, providing continuous improvement to program This is a fixed-term part-time position, contracted until June 2025, 30.4 hours per week, based in New Town, TAS.

What you will have Nursing Registration with AHPRA Minimum of three years experience in dual diagnosis/alcohol and other drugs (AOD) sector Comprehensive experience in acute care Experience and knowledge of implementing client intake and assessments, individual care and discharge planning A current Tasmanian Driver's Licence Benefits working at The Salvation Army We offer our eligible employees NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefits Employee Assistance Program - Independent confidential counselling service Discounted health and fitness programs through Fitness Passport
