Are you an energetic, innovative Registered Nurse or EEN looking for the next exciting step in your career that enables you to be or leadership team responsible for delivering a new model of Aged Care in a brand new facility?
We have Permanent Part-Time and Casual positions available located in our state of the art facility at Mercy Place Ballarat.
Mercy Place Ballarat provides small household living – a small number of residents living together in each of our homes – designed and built to feel just like home; with home cooked meals, comfortable spaces and personal laundry, our homes include a "town square" with shops, where residents can walk, share coffee or enjoy time out with family and friends.
- Permanent part-time and casual positions available
- Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
- Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
- Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.
ABOUT YOU:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 or EEN
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
- Experience as a positive contributor to a clinical team environment
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care in the context of small household living
