Registered Nurse - Aged Care

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and implement individual care plans for residents.
• Monitor and assess the health status of residents, responding to changes promptly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other Aged Care professionals.
• Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all Aged Care regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
