We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Registered Aged Care Nurse to join our team. As an Acute Registered Aged Care Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to elderly patients in their time of need. You will work in a supportive and patient-centred environment, making a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.
Summary:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for aged patients with acute health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor and record vital signs and symptoms, maintaining accurate patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all relevant nursing standards and regulations
What we require from you:
- APHRA registration
- 12months (min) experience within Acute care setting & Aged Care
- Flexibility to work full time across a rotating 7-day roster
- Complete COVID Vaccinations & 2022 Flu Vaccination, Serology evidence of immunisation status
- Bachelor's Or Masters
- Current NPC & WWCC
