Great opportunities exist for experienced Aged CareRegistered Nurses who would like to become a part of the Clinical team at a private Aged Care facility in Berry. Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
ROLE OVERVIEW As an Aged CareRegistered Nurse, you will support the residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. You will provide high standards of clinical care for residents living in the Aged Care home to support their independence and improve their quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans;
• Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management, and palliative care;
• Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members;
• Assisting the clinical management team with ACFI documentation/assessments;
• Supervising and supporting the Personal Care Workers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• A previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care or a passion to begin a career in Aged Care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector;
• You will be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and a great time manager;
• You will be committed to a contemporary Aged Care nursing practice;
• A nursing degree;
• A National Police Check.

REMUNERATION Above-award pay rates (up to $51.15 p/h).
