Techforce are working with a leading Aged Care provider in SA to recruit an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their established and well know service near Adelaide, SA.
Role Requirements:
- To work within the Night team, providing exceptional care to all residents within the service
- Delivering Clinical, personal and end-of-life care to residents and clients living at the facility Developing and working to client specific care plans based on patient assessments
- Working with members of the immediate and wider multi-disciplinary team to provide first rate, person centred care
- Delivering skilled nursing, clinical, personal and end-of-life care for Residents according to care plans
- Complying with the clinical governance framework and quality management systems
Person Specification:
- Proven clinical experience of working within an Aged Care environment
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s, dementia and mental health conditions
- Demonstrated commitment to client service
- Strong English communication skills both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Accreditation Standards required to working within the residential care sector
