👩⚕️ Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse with us, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. From assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the well-being and comfort of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering compassionate and personalised nursing care
- Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to their needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Any grade RN considered
- Relocation assistance available
