As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering the best of care to residents and their families. Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement personalised care plans, ensuring residents receive exceptional support throughout their ageing journey.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement individual care plans for residents.
- Monitor and assess the health status of residents, responding to changes promptly.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other Aged Care professionals.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and quality of life.
- Ensure compliance with all Aged Care regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience.
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
