The ideal candidates will have current AHPRA registration and 1-2 years of experience in aged care. We are looking for individuals who are available for permanent part-time or full-time positions to provide consistent and reliable care to our residents.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess the health status of residents, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Support residents and their families with empathy and understanding.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards in aged care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aged care homes.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
