As a Registered Nurse - Anaesthetics your responsibilities will include:
- Undertake nursing care in accordance with legislation
- Deliver evidence based nursing care
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and (AINs) to deliver patient care
- Proactively assess the perioperative nursing care provided to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for the individual / patient
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with local and National Policies
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years Post Graduate experience in Anaesthetics
- Bachelor of Science (nursing) or equivalent
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Relevant post graduate qualification (or working towards)
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Works well independently and within a team
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards

If you are successful, you will receive a salary as per Healthscope VIC Nurses and Midwives Agreement 2021-2025 for years of nursing experience ranging between $35.33 to $47.25 per hour as a Registered Nurse
