- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 18:00hrs hours

About the role
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?
An opportunity has arisen to work with us in Acute Specialist Clinics at Blackburn Public Surgical Hospital. Acute Specialist Clinics at Blackburn is newly opened and will be meeting the needs of patients from the community by providing a range of surgical services, these including new and post operative patients.
Previous outpatient experience is desirable but not essential as you will receive training and support in the department.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Recent experience in the acute surgical nursing environment
- Have an interest in wound management and care
- Thrive in a busy team environment with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a diverse multidisciplinary team
- Strong commitment to high quality patient care
- Be flexible, dependable, organised and caring
