Form of workHolloway Aged Care Services is now recruiting qualified and experienced Registered Nurses. Minimum of 1 year experience within the aged care sector to join our friendly and supportive Care Team.
The successful candidates will have:
- APHRA Registration
- Bachelor of Nursing
- At least 1 years proven experience of working within a diverse aged care facility
- Flexible, highly organised and self motivated
- Ability to adapt to change
- Current Police Check
- Proof of 3 COVID Vaccinations
- Most importantly a passion and drive for aged care.
- Ensure all nursing procedures are performed with best practice principles.
- Support and assist medical practitioners and allied health professionals as appropriate.
- Ensure Clinical Documentation and assessments are detailed, accurate and aligns to the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Are reliable and willing to maintain a safe and high standard of practice.
- Respect each residents individual needs, values, spiritual and cultural preferences when providing nursing care
