The Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager, you will work within a collaborative team environment dedicated to ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. This is a permanent part-time position with a full rotating roster, offering 9 shifts per fortnight for continuity of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health status
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of residents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to residents
- Previous experience in aged care is desirable but not essential
