Outstanding prospects are available for enthusiastic and proactive Registered Nurses to become part of the Catheter Laboratory team at a private hospital in Melbourne. Permanent full-time roles are available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members, Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care;
- Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience;
- Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care;
- Commitment to patient-focused care and teamwork;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving skills;
- High-level computer literacy;
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team;
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure;
- Dynamic, lateral thinker;
- Commitment to continued professional development.
